The greatest problem most people have in understanding the bible is that they simply do not believe what God says in His word.
Did you know that many beliefs people have about the bible are NOT biblical? Even with plain, simple language that explains any given doctrine or belief, most simple won't believe what they read, and prefer to cling to fables and traditions over the very words of God!
Jesus Christ said the way to life was narrow and difficult and that few people would find it. (Matt 7:14)
He said the way to enter into life involved keeping the commandments. (Matt 19:17)
Christ goes on to tell us that there would be people calling themselves "Christians,"
even doing "good works" and yet be rejected by Christ...
- Matt 7:22 "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name?
and in your name have cast out devils? and in your name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will
I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity."
What guarantees do you have that this won't be said about you?
Do YOU know what False Christianity is?
The Bereans were called "noble" because they listened, but also "proved" what they heard.
They searched the scriptures daily to prove the things they were taught, (Acts 17:10-12)
and they held fast to that which they could prove. (1 Thes 5:20-21)
How about you? Have you studied like one of the Bereans to prove what you believe?
Take this quick test:
Have any humans ever gone to heaven?
The answer is NO! The only "human" to enter heaven is Christ, the first "Born" from the dead. Let Christ tell you...
- John 3:13 And no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
- Acts 2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens:
Hard to believe the bible actually says that no one, before or after Christ, has gone to Heaven? Then where are they NOW?
Did you know there are MANY other things the bible says about what true Christianity really is that might SHOCK you?

The important issue is that the members of the true Church of God be doing what God requires us to do... Eph 4:15 "...Christ - 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love." This essentially means that every member has something to contribute to the Church, based on the parable of the talents... Matt 25:15 "And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability;" Christ expects us to use these talents/gifts (1 Cor 12:4 "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:" If we are not "so doing" (Matt 24:45 "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing."), we could be the unprofitable servant who buried his talent and did nothing with it. We should be doing what we would do if we were living in God's Kingdom right now... doing what God has given us to do and contributing, leading, teaching, serving or whatever our hand finds to do as God leads us. The ministry of the Church is to serve the body as we all should and are NOT the liason between you and Christ. This work is my humble attempt to share God's truth with others as I am able.
